But I reckon most folks are here to hear about the chair itself…

To put it simply, it’s super hard and left my back hurting quite a bit (the main reason I bought it was to ease my back pain!). I was advised to give it a few days to break in, but that never happened.

Putting it together was just okay, with the wheels being a real pain to attach. Taking it apart? Forget about it! Getting it back in the box for a return was nearly impossible, even with their support team’s assistance.

Sadly, even though the customer service is solid, it doesn’t make up for the discomfort of the chair. It’s a pity because it really does look nice!

Honestly, this might be the best chair I've ever had! Way better than that generic one I bought from Amazon before, no contest.
